Refunds, Cancellations & Billing Policies
The following policies apply to our training, tutoring, consulting sessions only. If you need to know our refund, cancellation or exchange policy for any other type of service please speak to one of our team members. All sales are final and non-refundable. We stand behind the services & products we provide. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us (Customer Service). We may offer refunds in our sole discretion. You must contact us for possible approval. You must notify us no later than a week (7 days) prior to the date of scheduled session. If you fail to do so any future reservation will require immediate payment and you will no longer be eligible for any specials that may have been offered for your previous reservation, nor will you be eligible for any running specials or sales (regular prices will apply). You must notify us no later than a week (7 days) prior to the date of scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund of your payment. Any other cancellations are non-refundable. We may offer refunds in our sole discretion. You must contact us for possible approval. Payments for all sessions must be made no later than the day of the session. In order to complete a purchase, you will be asked to share with us information required to complete the transaction successfully, such as names, billing and shipping addresses, credit card number & expiration date, etc. This information will only be used to process a transaction that you approve of. In case you are using a credit card to fund your purchase, this information will be forwarded to third-party merchant for payment processing. If you signed an agreement with us with a different refund/cancellation policy, the agreement you signed takes precedence over this general refund/cancellation policy. We may, in our sole discretion, revise our policies at any time; all such revisions shall be effective when posted.
